Celebrate American history with Betsy, a standing wooden snowman collectible inspired by Betsy Ross. Handcrafted from 3/4" thick wood in our Wooster, Ohio workshop, this Cat's Meow Village decoration brings a patriotic touch to your snowman collection or Fourth of July display.
The famous 1908 painting of Betsy Ross by G. Liebscher was the inspiration for my snowman, simply named Betsy.
The poem printed on the back is a nod to the thirteen colonies that were the foundation of our United States in 1776.
A stitch in time, saves nine.
But a stitch in between, makes thirteen.
Casper, our black cat mascot, has found a warm spot tucked into the edge of the flag.
Betsy measures 3.5" x 5.125", a little piece of history to enjoy alongside your favorite seasonal collectibles.
