When your order is shipped you'll receive an email that will have your tracking information available for you to track.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We can exchange an item up to 10 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at hello@catsmeow.com to let us know what you want to exchange. To make the return, the item needs to be in purrfect condition, placed in it’s original bag, packed securely with packing material in a box. You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. (We will not accept an item for exchange if it comes back to us damaged.)
