I asked my artist friend, Don Cadoret, to paint a snowman for my 40th year in business.
This cute snowman comes completely from Don's imaginative mind.
In Don's words:
"Love, Loyalty and Luck. The cats in the coat are for love and loyalty and the Northern Cardinal is a symbol of good luck and harmony.
Ironically, the cat and the red bird are spiritually linked in our need for these things in life."
Even though Don painted the Cardinal for good luck and harmony, there's a double meaning for me, as the Cardinal is our Ohio State Bird.
You'll find Don's signature on the back instead of mine this time around.
We print this snowman on 3/4" thick wood with Don's design on the front and a short story on the back.
