Built in 1833, visiting sailors used Seaman's as an inn and store. In 1844 it was leased to the State Department as a hospital for the sick and injured seamen. Unfortunately, the 2023 wildfire destroyed the building's interior.
This Seaman's House and Hospital is handcrafted from ¾” thick wood in the U.S. The colorful details on the front also include our famous black cat mascot, Casper, either sitting or reclining. The back includes a short description.
