Newburyport Harbor Light is located in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Also known as the Plum Island Light, this light was the 13th lighthouse to be constructed in the U.S. and first lit in 1788. Storms and shifting sands caused the lighthouse to be moved several times, moving to its present location in 1898. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 15, 1987.
