In 1973, scenes for Hollywood's "The Great Gatsby", starring Mia Farrow and Robert Redford, were filmed here at Linden Place.

Linden Place mansion is a Federal-style mansion located in Bristol, Rhode Island, that was built in 1810 by General George DeWolf. The mansion now operates as a historic house museum.  It is one of the best examples of Federal architecture in New England, from the magnificent Palladian windows to the fluted Corinthian columns, which gracefully flank the front entrance to the mansion.

Look closely, and you'll find Casper purrching on the ledge of a second-story window, daydreaming of becoming the next Great Catsby!  He's our official mascot, which means you'll possess an authentic Cat's Meow.

This keepsake is hand-crafted from ¾” thick wood in Wooster, Ohio, with a detailed front design and a short description on the back. You can set it neatly on a shelf, desk or narrow ledge such as window, door trim, or wainscoting. Group it with other Cat’s Meows to create your own memory of the special places you have visited.
