Have you visited any of the permanent or traveling Titanic exhibits? "The Unsinkable Ship", RMS Titanic was named after the Titans of Greek mythology. This legendary vessel was launched on May 31, 1911, by Harland and Wolff shipbuilding in Belfast. On April 15, 1912, during its maiden voyage, the Titanic struck an iceberg in the North Atlantic and sank, claiming over 1,500 lives. The wreck was discovered on September 1, 1985, by Dr. Robert Ballard, resting 2½ miles below the ocean's surface.
Handcrafted in our Wooster, Ohio workshop from 3/4" thick wood. Casper, our black cat mascot, can be seen waaaaay back on the main deck.
