This is the state flag of Arkansas the Land Of Opportunity. It is handcrafted in Ohio from ¾” thick wood. The back includes the year the state joined the Union. Add this flag to other Cat’s Meows to create a village all your own. You can set it on a shelf, desk, mantle, wainscoting or the trim above your window or doorway. You can find Casper, our black cat mascot, resting on the cluster of rocks.
The Land of Opportunity joined the Union in 1836.
